Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Valeriya Life Medical Spa (Valeriya Life). We value your trust and are committed to maintaining clear, fair, and consistent policies. By purchasing products and/or receiving services at Valeriya Life, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return and Refund Policy:
Refund Policy for Services
Pre-purchased services and treatment packages are non-refundable. Once purchased, funds may be applied as a credit toward other services within the practice. This policy applies regardless of whether treatments have been partially or fully completed.
Medical Exception Policy
In the event that a client develops a new medical condition or experiences a change in health status that makes the pre-purchased service no longer clinically appropriate, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for consideration, the client must provide written documentation from a licensed physician confirming the medical contraindication. All requests are subject to review and approval by Valeriya Life. Approved refunds, if any, will be issued only for the unused portion of the service package, and any administrative or consultation fees may be deducted.
Valeriya Life reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these requirements or that lack appropriate medical documentation. This policy is intended to ensure patient safety while maintaining fairness and consistency in our practice.
Product Return Policy
Valeriya Life offers carefully selected, high-quality medical-grade products. All product sales are final. For safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased products.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required on the day services are rendered. Valeriya Life accepts most major credit and debit cards, cash, and personal checks. Financing options may be available through Cherry Payment Plans, subject to third-party approval and terms.
Security and Payment Verification
Valeriya Life accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To ensure secure transactions:
- The billing address must match the credit card information on file
- A valid CID/CVN/CVV security code is required for credit card transactions
Valeriya Life reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or legal non-compliance.
Insurance Policy
Valeriya Life does not participate in private or government-sponsored insurance programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE. All services are self-pay only.
