Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled. While we understand that unforeseen delays can occur and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals, this may not be possible if it impacts other scheduled patients or the quality of care. In such cases, we will assist in rescheduling your appointment at the next available time.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may, at the practice's discretion, require a full, non-refundable prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled. If the rescheduled appointment is attended as scheduled, the prepayment will be applied toward the cost of that appointment.

Missed Appointments

Patients who miss an appointment without providing prior notice will be required to make a full, non-refundable prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled. If the appointment is attended as scheduled, the prepayment will be applied toward the cost of that appointment. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in termination of the patient-provider relationship at the discretion of the practice.
