Valeriya founded Valeriya Life Medical Spa in 2018, driven by her lifelong passion for health, beauty, and longevity. The practice was established as an advanced medical aesthetics and wellness center focused on integrative rejuvenation, preventive care, and long-term skin health.
As the clinical skincare specialist at Valeriya Life, Valeriya focuses on skin regeneration, rejuvenation, anti-aging solutions, and promoting healthy skin longevity. She provides comprehensive skin consultations for a wide range of concerns, offering personalized treatment plans and professional skincare recommendations tailored to each client’s unique skin type and goals.
In addition to her expertise in skin health, Valeriya also provides professional wellness consultations and is highly skilled in cosmetic and paramedical tattooing, including permanent makeup, scar camouflage, and 3D areola tattooing. Through her work, she integrates medical knowledge, advanced technologies, and aesthetic artistry to help clients restore confidence and achieve natural, balanced results.

Margaret “Maggie” Matveyev, is a highly trained aesthetic nurse practitioner and serves as the Clinical Director of Valeriya Life Medical Spa and Elkhorn Dermatology. She represents the next generation of aesthetic and dermatology specialists in Omaha, combining advanced clinical training with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Maggie specializes in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, with a focus on improving skin health, addressing the visible effects of aging, and promoting early skin cancer detection and prevention. She integrates principles of conventional and functional medicine into her practice, taking a whole-patient approach that considers underlying causes of skin conditions while supporting long-term wellness and skin longevity.
Her clinical expertise includes a wide range of advanced aesthetic and dermatologic treatments, including IPL photorejuvenation and hair removal, fractional skin resurfacing, microneedling, chemical peels, neurotoxin injections, body contouring procedures, and regenerative skin therapies. She also provides wellness-based services such as IV therapy and vitamin injections, along with comprehensive dermatology care including full skin examinations, lesion evaluation, and skin cancer screening.
Known for her thoughtful and results-driven approach, Maggie works closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that balance medical science with aesthetic artistry. Dr. Brett Kettelhut is a board-certified allergist-immunologist with nearly four decades of clinical experience and serves as the supervising physician for Valeriya Life Medical Spa. His extensive medical background provides the clinical oversight and medical guidance that support the practice’s advanced aesthetic and wellness services.
Dr. Kettelhut has specialized expertise in allergic and inflammatory skin conditions, including eczema, atopic dermatitis, and contact-related skin reactions. He also maintains a strong interest in skin microbiome health and the role it plays in maintaining resilient, healthy skin.
