Valeriya Life Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Valeriya Life. We provide website features, products, and services to you when  you visit or shop at www.valeriy.life and/or use Valeriya Life services and products. Valeriya Life provides the services subject to the following conditions.

By using Valeriya Life Services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Payment is Due on the Date of Service or Treatment

Clients are required to pay in full of the date of service. We accept cash, check (NE and IA only), or credit/debit card. Services are not refundable. We issue a credit for unused services; this credit can be used for other service(s). All discounts issued for the original purchase are not transferable. Interest Free Financing- Clients who spend $500 or more on the date of service have the option of using our “in-house interest free financing” plan.  For interest free financing, you will pay 50% of the total amount due on the day of service, and another 25% of the amount due at 30 and 60 days after the date of service. There is a finance processing charge of $15 to each finance payment. You will need to fully complete a legally binding Financial Agreement and provide a credit or debit card account to be used for financed payments. We will keep a copy of your Driver’s license on file for our reference. If you are late in making payment, you will receive a Registered Letter from us after 30- and 60-day payment are overdue. Accounts that are 30 days overdue will be charged an additional 2% per month interest on the balance that is due. Accounts that are 60 or more days overdue will be taken to Small Court in Douglas County.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Cards

We currently accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express® and Discover Card. Valeriya Life currently only accepts one payment per order, with the exception of Valeriya Life gift cards, store credit and reward certificates. Credit card payments are processed as soon as the order is placed.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names/billing ZIP code and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.

Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

For your security, Valeriya Life.com requires you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) on all credit card transactions. See below for help with credit card identification numbers.

Visa/MasterCard/Discover Card customers:

Your security code/CID (Card Identification Number) is in the signature area on the back of the card (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card account number). Visa/MC/Discover customer CIDS are 3 digits. 

American Express® Customers:

Your security code/CID (Card Identification Number) is a 4-digit number on the front of the card, ABOVE the embossed (raised) credit card account number. This number is referred to as the “security code.” American Express® customer CIDs are 4 digits. 

Debit Cards

The amount of your order is held on your debit card and the debit card owner does not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3 – 5 business days and may vary with your financial institution. Call your bank for further details.

Gift Cards, Store Credit and Reward Certificates

Gift cards, store credit (issued in the form of a gift card) and Reward Certificates can be applied to your order during the payment section of the checkout process. These three methods of payment are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. To check the balance of your card or certificate, login to your account and click the “Gift Cards” section. 

All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Valeriya Life

Valeriya Life reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

No Insurance Plan Participation

The services and treatments that are provided by Valeriya Life and its support staff are not covered by health insurance plans. As a result, Valeriya Life is not participating in Medicare, Medicaid, Tri-care, or any other government or private health insurance plans. 

No Refunds for Services and Treatments

There are no refunds on services and treatments. If a client experience a change in their medical history or use of prescription medications, that may prevent them from  receiving a treatment or service that was already paid for, then the client must obtain a letter, at their expense, from  their Doctor, detailing the change in medical condition, or use of medications. This updated information will be reviewed for making a decision if a change in treatment or refund of unused services or treatments is warranted.

Product Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. We’re happy to go over your concerns and chat about the best way to get the most out of your purchase.

If we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order for it to be accepted. Send us a quick email or give us a call at 531-777-2752 to get your RMA. (Any returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.)

We accept up to three individual items to be returned or exchanged in a 365-day period. After three returns or exchanges, you may make another once 365 days have passed from the date each individual return or exchange was processed.

When you return a product, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. Reward points are non-refundable for returned items. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.

RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. Returns must be in their original packaging and must be postmarked or have visible tracking within 7 days of receiving a RMA.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. (You may keep free gifts and gifts with purchase, but we may charge your account for the full value of the gift.) Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.

All returns are subject to validation and approval by Valeriya Life.com. Valeriya Life reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. If a return is received in the following condition, Valeriya Life will not accept it and/or a fee may apply:

  • Return does not have an RMA number written on the outside of the box. Returns without a RMA written on the outside of the box will not be accepted. If accepted, a fee of $15 will be assessed on the return and deducted from any refund.
  • Order is refused upon delivery. Refusal of an order upon delivery is not an approved return and will be refused. If it’s accepted by our warehouse, a $15 fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.
  • Order is returned with “Return to Sender” notice. Writing Return to Sender is not an acceptable way to return an order. It will not be received by our warehouse and your shipper will return it to the return shipping address. If it is accepted by our warehouse, a $15 fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returned item is not securely packaged for transit. Items not properly secured to prevent damage in transit are subject to a $15 fee. Please use original packing materials or a sturdy box with proper packing. Padded envelopes will not be accepted as goods are often damaged and are unable to be returned to manufacturer.
  • Returned item is damaged in transit. Return items damaged in transit will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please insure your return with the carrier.
  • Returned item arrives with postage due. If your return arrives with postage due, your order will be refused at the time of delivery. If your package is accepted, a flat $15 postage due fee will be deducted from your refund.

We sincerely appreciate your assistance and understanding in adhering to this return policy. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Multiple return requests are subject to our review. We may also deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. In the event an exchange is made, please note the that exchanged item is not eligible for return or exchange.
